Notes and/or Cautions:
Biotin may be depleted by antibiotics, sulfa drugs, birth control pills, fried foods, and saccharin. Raw egg whites, which contain avidin, can deplete the body of biotin in the intestines. This is not a problem when the egg whites are cooked.
